  The manager catrina messed up our order then got loud with my mom when she went to complain about the order and said there is nothing she can do the customer service is horrible and the inside was trashed!! Will be taking my business elsewere..

  It's ok. They're defensive and don't appreciate feedback. I called to report that I got sick after eating here and was getting ready to say what I had ordered, when she interrupted that they weren't going to give me a refund. That is so ghetto, but it is Hoquiam after all. First of all, I'm not a crackhead -- I'm not even from this area. So um no, I'm not trying to buy food and ask for refunds to go get my crack rocks like the majority of your customers. I was genuinely concerned about the public's health and never asked her for money. She didn't even want to know what items I had got when I redirected her to the actual topic, and it remained obvious that they couldn't care any less. There's always people smoking in the stalls and blowing white clouds that are not from cigarettes. Last time I was here a lady reported she found a heroin needle in the women's restroom, and usually there's homeless people laying in the booths whenever I've come here. I'm used to seeing this in big cities but surprised to see these problems here. I found out that there is a person in charge of all McDonald's in Grays Harbor you can call and repoet feedback to, who possesses the capacity to listen.
